Student Occupational Therapy Links Scotland (SOTLS)

When: November 2012
Where: Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen
Theme: to be confirmed

The committee of 2011 from Glasgow Caledonian University would like to give thanks everyone who supported us throughout the process of organising this years event. Our greatest thanks go to everyone to attended and presented on the day too and made it the success it was.

Our keynote speakers Dr Edward Duncan, Dr Sheena Blair and OT Frontiers spoke of occupational perseverance, the importance of research and the work OT can do in developing countries. Each was inspiring and thought provoking and together was seamless in their approach in tackling the theme of "Positive Thinking: Positive Future".

It can now be confirmed that next year's event will be handed over to Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen - meaning that after four years SOTLS will have succeeded in its original aim to unite the three universities of Scotland.

Best Wishes,
SOTLS 2011 team
